Feedback and satisfaction with the new delivery service of Tesco online purchases
To have a full feedback, we would like to ask you to take following photos:
- place, where the courier left the box
- the box from the outside (before opening the box)
- the box from the inside (opened)
- any damaged product
After receiving your order, we will send you a questionnaire (on email which you entered during the registration) to gather your feedback on particular touchpoints of your purchase.
Therefore, please follow closely the following parameters:
1. Ordering
- creating your order
- offer of products
2. Delivery
- in how many working days was your order delivered
- frequency and the ways the courier contacted you
- communication with the courier
- ways of payment
3. After the order was delivered
- packaging of the products
- did you receive everything you ordered
- condition of the products (were all the products in a good shape, without any damage)
